The hotel where everything is taken care of for you!

A marvellous all-inclusive hotel with every part of your holiday catered for.

Outside of the hotels control, but there are quite a few beach boys trying to sell there wares. We understand its part of the culture, but are spending some money with some vendors, it did get a little tiresome.

Beautiful beach resort

The resort is very well managed and the property is in tip-top shape. The rooms were nice and modern and the staff was friendly and professional. The location on the beach is beautiful.

-Personally, I would have appreciated some non-smoking zones in the bar areas and the pool/beach chair areas. Outside of the main restaurant, it was difficult to escape the second-hand smoke. -The beach lounges were all on top of each other, unlike some of the other resorts that had more personal space for guests. -Also, it would be great to have more sit- down dinner options. -The hawkers on the beach were annoying, but that’s out of the resort’s control—although the resort security guards did a good job of keeping them at bay around the property.

Wonderful

We liked the hotel and the location was excellent. You felt very safe even though it was a “hunger game” getting into the water without being stopped because of the amount of beach boys, they always wanted to sell you something. Some of them had a whole show put together which was amazing. Security was present making sure that we still have our space to relax undisturbed. We personally appreciated it. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Food was excellent, the head chefs were very good. Beach excellent, location excellent. Amenities amazing. The massage 5 ⭐️

Many flies on the buffet made me uncomfortable to eat my food sometimes. Other than that we loved it!!

Staff and location were excellent. Rooms were good size and property was very clean.

The in room refrigerator didn’t work. It would be nice to have a food option available after 10:30 pm. The beds in the room could be better as the twins pushed together always seperate.

Newly Build Hotel on great location

The location with the white sand at the beach and the water quality was great, sunsets from the beach over the ocean is great, especially at the bar in front above the water. Room was very clean. Food was also good, not so bad like many other comments say. Cocktails can be improved.

Large air conditioning fans on the restaurant building constantly made a lot of noise, so you couldn't use the balcony on the south-facing rooms. the noise is also audible at the bar at the lobby, but a little quieter. On the beach and in the other parts of the building you hear nothing more. The rooms cost a lot of money, so I don't expect airport volume as background noise.

A lot of space , very good for children , SAFE

The Hotel is New , operating only 2 month. Due to the big size of the hotel you don't feel crowed. Food was good and a lot to choose from. Staff and management were very helpful and work around the property all the time. WIFI is good and available everywhere including the beach.

There is no Shampoo , conditioner in the room, only liquid soap and hand soap. At the beach there is no umbrellas for shade , there are a lot of trees but they will not get you enough shade.

It was okay, but I’ll probably never visit again.

The views are amazing, and the staff is so friendly. I went for my birthday and they did a cute little happy birthday presentation on my bed. Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Nice small gym with the softest yoga mats!

My flight was delayed and as a result, I check in at midnight and missed the entire first day and night of my stay. As it was my birthday celebration, you would think they would’ve either adjusted the rate. I was also the only guest in my room but was charged for two guests despite telling the hotel in the morning that the number in the people room would be changing due to unforeseen circumstances. Sadly, the food was terrible, and a number of the guests spoke about this.
